1. Introduction
At Mindblaze Technologies, we aim to provide a work environment that upholds our core values of compassion, respect, and trust. This policy outlines the behavior expected from employees to foster a productive, inclusive, and respectful workplace.

2. Respect in the Workplace
All employees are expected to conduct themselves with a sense of respect towards others. This includes respecting personal space, being mindful of others’ time, and maintaining a positive and respectful tone of communication. Discrimination, harassment, or bullying will not be tolerated under any circumstances.

3. Trust and Professional Conduct
Employees should be honest and ethical in their conduct, exhibiting integrity in their actions. Trust in each other’s responsibility and capacity is essential. Employees should also respect company property and use it responsibly.

4. Remote Work Policy
While our primary work environment is in-office, we understand that circumstances may sometimes necessitate remote work. Each employee is eligible for up to 20 days of remote work per calendar year. Please discuss with your manager to arrange this in advance.

5. Work Hours and Attendance
Normal business hours are from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday to Friday. Punctuality and regular attendance are expected of all employees. If you cannot attend work, please notify your manager as soon as possible.

6. Health and Safety
Employees are responsible for maintaining a safe and healthy workspace. This includes adhering to health and safety regulations, being mindful of others’ well-being, and reporting any hazards or unsafe conditions immediately.

7. Data Security and Privacy
As a software company, the secure handling of data is vital. Employees are expected to follow all company guidelines and protocols to protect data integrity, confidentiality, and privacy.

8. Dress Code
While we do not have a formal dress code, employees are expected to dress appropriately for a professional work environment.

9. Policy Violations
Violations of these policies will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and may result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination.

10. Amendments
Mindblaze Technologies reserves the right to amend these policies at any time. Any amendments will be communicated to all employees.
